Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde directed police to charge the accused in the sexual abuse of two young girls in a Thane school with attempted rape. A special public prosecutor will expedite the case. The 23-year-old suspect was arrested after the victims, aged three and four, disclosed the abuse.
